About

You might be someone who holds a lot together for others … while quietly managing your own internal stress, patterns, or emotional exhaustion.

From the outside, things may look fine.

But internally, it can feel very different.

That’s often who I work with.

My understanding of this work didn’t come from training alone.

It came from lived experience.

My Story

I grew up in an environment where emotional dynamics were difficult, unpredictable, and often confusing … intermittent sessions of kindness and punishment. At the time, I didn’t have the language to describe it, much less understand it. It was all I knew..

Like many people, I adapted.

I became aware of warning signs, developed response strategies, and handled intensity that, in many ways, served me. They helped me feel a bit safer.

But those same patterns I developed during my younger years also shaped how I showed up in adult years, in relationships, work environments, and in how I responded to pressure.

At times, that looked like reacting quickly, pushing back, or feeling out of sync with people that I expected to behave differently.

It wasn’t until later that I began to understand what I had been adapting to …  and how those patterns continued to show up long after the environment had changed. And I felt the emotional and physical exhaustion in the aftermath.

That understanding changed everything.

What Makes Me Different

It allowed me to see that what people often think of as “personality traits” or “emotional reactions” are often learned patterns.

Patterns that made sense at one time.

But no longer serve in the present.

I went to work, spending years studying and applying practices that led to my transformation and learning that the answers don’t come from something external … they come from ourselves … the inner wisdom we’ve always had, but couldn’t access easily. It was hidden under layers of unproductive patterns, negative beliefs and destructive self-talk.

Now I feel safe, and calm, able to handle myself in challenging situations. I live in my values comfortably, zero justification or explanation to others … and I feel fabulous.

This is why my work focuses on helping clients understand what’s happening beneath the surface …
and gently shift the patterns that are driving their experience.

Not by forcing change.

But by working at the level where those patterns were created … the unconscious mind.

My Approach

I integrate customized modalities with a structured process called the CALM Reclamation™ Method.

This work helps you:

  • reconnect with yourself
  • understand your patterns without judgment
  • release what no longer serves you
  • create lasting internal stability

Each session is tailored to you.

Because no two experiences—and no two people—are the same.

My Invitation to You

If any of this resonates with you, the next step is simply …  a conversation.

A space to understand what’s been happening…
and what’s possible moving forward.

Start the Conversation.  (We’ll explore what’s going on and what’s possible.)

Clinical hypnotherapy for bad habits or an addiction

Case Study

One of my clients came to me wanting to stop smoking. After we spoke for a while, more issues began to unravel. She was dealing with high levels of stress and anxiety, and ongoing negative self-talk.

She chose smoking as the “comfort” activity to calm herself, knowing full well it was an unhealthy choice. This also fed into her self-loathing conversation.

I taught her self-hypnosis, and worked with her to dramatically reduce her emotional responses to stress and anxiety first, which brought her some relief right away.

Interestingly, the urge to smoke collapsed once she learned how to handle the stressors. We worked together to disrupt the negative patterns, replacing them with positive ones. I didn’t even have to address her smoking habit as an individual treatment.

For her, smoking was the solution that brought her a sense of calm and comfort.

(It just as easily could have been overeating or reduced eating, drinking too much alcohol, or something else that other people often choose.)

Her 4 sessions and rapid results were successful because she was “all in”, meaning that she followed instructions, and practiced the skills I taught her every day. She wanted the change and was ready to do what it took.

it will direct your life,

and you will call it fate.”
